I have severe restless leg syndrome. The kind most meds don't help. I am in the last resort med that is a patch I stick on and change every 24 hours. I have slept like a baby ever since I started using it. The bad part is the cost. Insurance doesn't cover it. There's no generic.

I have diabetes and I occasionally wake up with low blood sugar. Anyone who has diabetes knows how bad and dangerous this is. I always keep candy in my diabetes bag ready for such emergencies. But it usually takes about 15 - 30 minutes before I stop the shaking and rapid heart beating, depending on how low it was when I woke up with it. I've never not been woken up by it when it happens but if I'm in a deep sleep it might go really low before I feel it and I wake up.
Fortunately, it only happens once every couple of months.
The sad part is my sugar doesn't go low because of sex. (which I wouldn't let happen anyway! - the low blood sugar, not the sex!).

solodriver that sucks. I hope you are able to manage it. oh yes I do pretty good, it's just sometimes if I don't have a snack before bed, when I take my insulin shot, it will sometimes cause it to go too low in the middle of the night. I'm supposed to wake up to check it in the middle of the night, but I hate doing that because then I can't get back to sleep.

It sounds like you have a good handle on your illness solo driver. That's commendable.

Stuffy nose. I tried everything on hand. Saline. Those stick-on nose strips. Eucalyptus oil. An extra pillow. Desperate I went to YouTube.
At least he's entertaining. I'll give it a try.
