I got a job offer!! Whoo-hoo!
And it's more money, more paid time off, and a shorter commute than the job I was laid off from!

Damn, that was quick. You must be hot property! Maybe I got lucky. I live in a place where they hire people with my skills - and maybe timing was on my side and a number of jobs came open at the right time. |
