The more I read about my age group, I see that I might be at substantial risk due to age and gender. Maybe women are better at following advice on how to minimize their risks. I have 3 not favorable positions regarding the death rate.

And since you are not going to die today it might be a productive use of your time to set about working up a game plan for acquiring that L250 that might be needed to check off the 3 some wish on your bucket list. Just a thought: Here in the US the 1st price a pro gives you isn't necessarily the final price. Perhaps a bit of negotiating might get the initial price down 10-20 %. |

As far as an L250, I have no idea what that is and no interest in a 3-some right now. It might take all I have to do a good job with a willing partner. No use stretching my luck with 2 women. Maybe I don't share that well and think not sharing is the norm. I called the number but no one answered. Denial. Today could be the day. Death doesn’t announce its schedule. That’s a reason to live so if you die today you will have no major regrets.
If you died today would you regret you stayed in your SM?

The £ sign is available on your keyboard. My keyboard is Merican and I found the Pound Sterling symbol. Lots of other symbols are available with the correct number sequence.  Hold down the Alt key, then on the numerical keypad press 0163, then release the Alt key.

Here in the uk they are talking about the elderly being shut it during the crisis. No definition of "elderly" or what is shut in and how to impose it. The governor of NC declared a state of emergency here relating to the covid19 virus. As of yesterday there are exactly 2 confirmed cases. I am waiting to hear that the national guard has been called up. If I die (probably from a self inflicted wound due to frustration with the politically driven media), my one regret will be that I passed leaving a Democrat sitting in the Governor's mansion. WTH, I am going to go prune my roses. Maybe lopping off the remaining dead heads from last yrs. blooms will relieve some elderly angst. |

Interesting how regrets over a sm is not the #1 regret that comes up for many here when contemplating death. For me, literally for decades, that regret was what I thought of when contemplating death. Maybe that’s why I eventually divorced and moved on to a remawith the sexual and romantic love I’d always wanted.
I do think that contemplating death and regrets lets one know one’s most important desires. It may be that for many here, while Sm is an irritant, in general, you are satisfied with your life and would have no major regrets if death were to come soon.

Thirty nine years ago Dean Koontz was writing about a current event, the Wuhan 400 (fictional Corona virus as we know it). Naming the Wuhan 400 sounds something like how WD40 was named.

NO, I do not think this Koonts guy actually predicted the Corona virus. His version of the virus did not survive in animals. He just knew some governments have germ research programs and threw in the idea to make his book more interesting to some people.

I have completed my first bucket list. I am working on my old aged one. So, no regrets if I pop my clogs. But I live my life in hope and curiosity, so presume today is not the last. Thos I do not see as denial.

I'm just outside Boston, MA. We have a high number of cases due to a conference that infected a bunch of people. Feels like the whole state is starting to shut down: sports, museums, schools/universities. People are hoarding everything from pasta to cleaning supplies to toilet paper. It is crazy the panic, there have been fights over toilet paper in store aisles! I really hope everyone is healthy, and stays that way. Be safe!
