I have a Lenovo and I've sent it back 3-4x. Grrrrr. Warranty is running out and I desperately need a new one.
Any ideas?

I have a Lenovo and it has not given me any problems, but I have to say I am unimpressed with the robustnes of its case. Its one of the high end ones though with an I7 processor. The I3 ones may be not as well made.
When I replace it I will be getting a Dell. My company assigns Dell laptops to all of our mobile employees because they seem to hold up the longest.
Everyone I know who has an Apple laptop loves it, but I am an Apple objector, so I have no interest. That said, they are fairly bulletproof.

i would consider an apple but the screen is too small. I like a big screen. I need something with a big screen that I can put away easily when the kidz are in bed.
And yes, the lenovo frame is weak. Its being tied together with grey tape lol

Its being tied together with grey tape lol I have an Apple 15-inch laptop that I've had for six years. Still use it, although I got an iPad Pro that I take everywhere with me. The 15-inch screen is more than a big enough for me. Plus, there is an Apple store where you live. If that doesn't suit you, I would try the Dell XP15. It doubles as a laptop and tablet but costs less than a Mac. The downside to a Dell is that it has half the battery life of an Apple. While a Mac Pro can last 10 hours on a charge, an XP15 only goes 5 hours. But in terms of graphics and performance, it is the top-rated PC laptop. No matter what you get, look for the following: RAM: Get at least 8 GB if you can. Graphics card: Make sure there is a separate graphics card, such as NVIDEA or EVGA. Intel makes a great motherboard, but its built-in graphics leave plenty to be desired. Processor: Look for Intel i5 or i7 Don't worry about hard drive space or built-in programs. You can attach an external hard drive if you need the space. And most built-in software is crap. I know I say that I shouldn't give advice, but I worked tech support for awhile. I can't help myself!

Checkout Costco online. They have excellent laptop configurations in my opinion. I prefer Dell Inspiron 15R

I'll say this much: I won't get another Samsung. It's actually not a bad laptop, but they not only fill it with annoying "shovelware", they leave software on the thing that installs other software and does (unwanted) updates in the background, invisibly --- hard to get rid of and very annoying to me. It's like yet another virus/trojan ware infection.
My wife was complaining about it running as fast as a snail on sedatives, I had to go in and stop some 20 odd programs from automatically starting and running in the background - none of which had been installed or used by us. Hot damn. Now it's quite fast again.
They do the same thing with their phones I found out to my disgust ... like the facebook app on my Note4 that cannot be deleted. Just w.t.f. Anyway, they seem to have mostly withdrawn from the laptop market here.

petrushkaI have that issue with my phone. They have an "S-Health" app that takes up memory and keeps updating. I can't delete it. It mocks me.

I love my Dell XPS 13, but it sounds like you might want something bigger.

That's sad ... my old Lenovo T61p is a workhorse. Guess they got cheap somewhere along the way.
That said, as the commercial intoned, 'Get a Dell, dude'. My work laptop is a Dell, DW's had two (first one still works fine, but it was limited to 2GB and was just getting slow when she had 15 tabs of facebook games open).

Also, when I do buy a new one, I'm going to get an extended warranty at a local place. I've had bad luck with sending things in the boxes and it coming back with missing pieces.
