Working at home. Project deadline for next week, and the guy who was working it left with one week's notice, and didn't leave a lot of notes on where he was. Four of us in three offices are trying to reconstruct his work to catch up. Also gives me an excuse to avoid the wife. At least I have a gorgeous, warm, friendly blonde keeping me company...  Wait, what? I am not there. Oh you meant HER... ...I get the sense that if this had been you with your head in my lap, I wouldn't have gotten any work done whatsoever. |

Maybe once a month .... pratfall videos, idiot driver videos, snooker, soccer, table tennis, woodworking instructionals ... nights where I don't feel up to reading, just a tired brain ... Maybe I can get netflicks once the new house is up and I have a faster connection. Hey, maybe I can already do that once the phone is hooked up in my workshop, but I don't think I'll be spending my sad nights in a wood-workshop at that. |

I'm awake. Painfully awake. Quarter to 3 in the morning and I am crying with Sarah McLaughlin, Time warping with Rocky Horror and freaking out that Christmas is days away.
