Go the "Members" section, select the member you want to block. On the far right is a little gear shape - click that and a drop down menu appears where you can select "block"

To save a step, note that in most cases you can jump to anyone's profile by just clicking on their name. Then as MR said, use the "gear icon" in the upper right corner of THEIR profile, and select "Block Member".

They are difficult on my tablet. However beyond the functionality question lies the question of why you wanted the block button. I have yet to meet someone here who needs blocked. I believe most of the folks I interact with are from TheSiteThatShaNotBeNamed. On R2T I would like to block that Epi guy and Janet but only because they are annoying in their polyanna outlook. |

FYI, the Block feature seems to be only in the desktop web version of the forum software, not the mobile web version. It's a link in the upper-right corner of a member's profile page. Click their name to jump straight there.
