the new EP has opened. yay.
not all the features are available yet. right now you can only post a story and add a profile pic. but its there. Already one judgemental comment lol.
that was super fast lol.
I think I was a bit too excited about it.
but now that it started, Im so glad we got us a separate site from other EP-like sites.

not many people that I recognize. Not all the features are there yet. And also some people have changed their names, their profile pics. So its like swimming in a see of lost people.

So there's a new EP? I thought the old one was having some sort of legal or privacy issue. Am I wrong? What changed?

I've heard contradictory answers on whether this site is actually brought to you by the EP team. Regardless, it does have the look and feel of the old EP, but as DTRose mentioned, some of the features are under construction. Even if it is not quite the old EP, if it comes close enough to the experience, I may hang out there more than here. Even though I found EP in the first place while searching for solutions to my sexless marriage, I really enjoyed posting in other groups. A lot of my former circle are in this forum and I don't want to lose them. However, as the days go by, I'm starting to fit the ILIASM definition less and less. The sexlessness part hasn't changed, unfortunately, but I'll be coming up on my one year of separation "anniversary" (Yay!) in June and we expect the legal stuff to be final later this summer. So for now, I'll be hanging here, and dipping my toe in the "new" EP.

So there's a new EP? I thought the old one was having some sort of legal or privacy issue. Am I wrong? What changed? It's a completely different site, and has nothing to do with the old EP. It's called Similar Worlds. It looks like it's in India. That's were it was registered at first, but now they have gone anonymous. |

yes indeed. I think they opened up early so they wouldn't lose EVERYBODY. so many places, so much competition or whatever. I can't wait for more features.

I've joined, but only see one person I know from EP. I think some have changed their usernames to make a fresh start. There is no way, as yet, to friend or communicate with others except on a post. It has potential as long as they add all the extra features. |
