FYI: Similar Worlds is up and running, though still in development. All the groups from EP are there, including those I created myself...which is nice. I think they copied every group on EP and transported them to their own site. They still have much work to do, but I am impressed with what they have done so far. It's starting to feel a bit like home.

I've been there too. I've found some of my friends from other groups there. Given I've just received s flood of friend request emails, I would guess they have that feature up and running now. It's looking good, like you said, looking more like home....its getting there...

I'm there now. But I want to stay active here. I like this site better for our specific ILIASM issues, because we don't have to put up with all the crap parts of EP (the kids, the trolls, the weird censorship of tame stuff while letting nasty stuff pass, etc.)

I'm there now. But I want to stay active here. I had not logged in there for a few days because it was just kind of bland without all the features working. I'm just dying to post a song though, so I'll jump in sometime today and see if the paint is dry.

I have interacted more here in a month than my almost four years on EP. I prefer this format, and the folks here. Period.
I do not miss the random d*cks and their hamhanded attempts to "score" with married women. And, I really don't miss the minors, all over the site.
Different strokes, for different folks.

You have taken my post in the wrong way. It's not a competition or an either or...it's just FYI. People can choose one or both, it doesn't matter. There are people who were members of other groups beside ILIASM, so they may (or may not) be interested in this information. |

While I'll remain on this site, I can't say like many of you that I've had fun or interacted with more people here than on EP. In my case that's not a fact. In fact, most people don't interact with me on this site except a few old friends from EP.
I guess I'm a misfit and don't fit the typical post SM type, but nevertheless I will remain here and on Similar Worlds, and Answer Mug. That's me. I like to have a variety of online friends as I have a variety of interests.
