I hope you have the time to read this. I am BEGGING all of you - please reach out to our brother in arms rdp62 who is dealing with Combat induced PTSD, and suffering. This man has put his life on the line for ALL of us and we need a world-wide show of compassion for him. He is in therapy, but has continued to attempt suicide, and says he should not be alive. rdp62 , please know we are ALL here for you and I will speak with you everyday to help you. You have fought for all of us and endured unimaginable terror. I am relieved to know you are in counseling, but disheartened that you are still suffering every moment of every day. Then you end up here, which tells me you aren't getting the support you need at home. Please stay with us rdp62. PLEASE! I am pm'ing you now as well.

Thank you for the support, I know this isn't a C-PTSD support site but was having a difficult time with severe xanax withdrawal because of doctor and pharmacy mistakes and new regulations on refills. Combine with this relationship problem that triggers and Borderline Personality Disorder depression and it gets to be a bit too much. Doing better trying to stabilize... Thanks again everyone...

rdp62 don't give up. We're here for you. Relationships are hard enough without added triggers. Glad you're here and you're doing better.

I hope your medication withdrawals improve over the next few days, stay strong. This group is always around to listen, use us! There is someone online 24 hours a day here.
This is the most nonjudgmental and welcoming group I have come across in a long time, even if it is daily reminders about the little things in life that make every day worth it, we can do that.
Here are a few... The soft sound of your cup filling with coffee. When you are able to peel an orange in one big piece. The way a balloon drifts in the breeze after your release it into the air.
I hope you find a smile today 😊

rdp62. Have you gotten some Benzo help from your dr to get you through? You CANNOT cold turkey from Benzos! Please pm me- benzodiazepines are extremely hard to detox from on your own.

Yes was in Air Force but C-PTSD is not combat related. I feel so much for veterans suffering from PTSD, flashbacks are real and as bad as you have ever heard. I have dozens a day because triggers are constant and been in weekly emdr therapy for a year and they are not stopping but am getting better with dealing with them

I have dozens a day because triggers are constant and been in weekly emdr therapy for a year and they are not stopping but am getting better with dealing with them Thanks for opening up brother. I too am a combat vet of the recent years with many deployments, suffered a TBI from getting hit with an IED, and I have been diagnosed with PTSD as well, although for some reason mine is very mild. More grumpiness and quick to go to fight mode verses flight mode. And not having the support of a solid home life adds to how much it sucks. I've done some treatment programs and the best I've done so far is with mindfulness sessions and just getting out to spend time alone. But contact me on the side any time if you feel the need for support from someone who truly knows what you're going through. You're not alone, my brother.
