Oddly, I find head-banging, heavy metal music to be therapeutic.
This happens to be on my YouTube playlist at the moment:
Then again, I like my classical music to also be very loud and fast.

Thanks @andie, I wasn't familiar with that.
My favorite rock/classical fusion from the other direction:

And a seasonal song, not exactly heavy metal, but a cynical enough rock song that appeals to me as someone who doesn't celebrate....

And speaking of holiday heavy metal classics....This Black Sabbath spoof is priceless.

W hates these guys. Song is about a guy falsely put to death, who rises from the grave and takes revenge.
Till Lindemann's lyrical prowess is legendary (if you ask me) - but doesn't translate well into English
Warm body hot cross wrong judgment cold grave
I now lie on the cross they hammer nails into me the fire purifies the soul and what remains is a mouthful of ashes
I will return in ten days as your shadow and I will hunt you
Secretly I will rise from the dead and you will plead for mercy then I will kneel upon your face and stick my finger in the ashes
Ashes to ashes and dust to dust

Yngwie Malmsteen
One of my own personal guitar gods - video is pretty cheesy though but WTF it was the 80's...
HOW, does that VOICE, come out of that guy?

My favorite metal /orchestral fusion.
Listening to this with headphones is worth ten therapy sessions.

Not heavy really metal, but great hard rock.
And possibly a segue into my next post....

I must admit: I liked the first two minutes, after that things went downhill, slowly but surely. ymmv, of course.
by the bye: if I want to see someone do a fantastic fusion of classical and jazz and rock, I'll stick with Gentle Giant. Or Emmerson Lake and Palmer for that matter, not that I have listened to them in a few decades.
