Enjoy spring! Biking is my only form of exercise nowadays. And mowing the lawn, yard work. I might even attempt some car maintenance with the sunny weather nowadays. I let the cats out for a little bit too. Went to eBay and bought a harness/leash for one cat.

I think they are poppies. I've never been able to grow them (I think they are perennials) but they're beautiful, aren't they? |

I rode my bicycle to the post office this morning. It’s the first ride since last fall. God, it was beautiful. Sunshine and warmth, birds singing, gurgling streams, people cycling and walking everywhere. What a beautiful day. This place is utter misery for six-months of the year, with its long and harsh winters, but come spring, it’s heaven on earth. Now, I’m off to ride the trails. Happy cycling! 😊

Still biking, Jim? Today I participated in manual two wheel therapy coupled with meditating at my favorite spot. I'm grateful for life like the frog  (had fun photoshopping) Be like the frog. Ohhhhhmmmmm....  |

@windsister, that looks like a great place to ride. Yes I am biking, I have a charity ride on Saturday, 20 miles if my grandson rides with me, 40 if I go by myself. He will be at my house most of the summer weekdays so I plan on getting out with him often.
