Anyone else having trouble sleeping? For almost a month now, I have been on a starve/binge sleep pattern that I can't kick. I lay awake for hours and get only a few hours a night. Then every few weeks I crash and go to sleep around 6:00-7:00 and sleep straight through the night until my alarm goes off. Weeks of less than 4 hours per night and then a night of 10-12 hours. Then once I'm all rested, back to not being able to get to sleep at night.

Yes. I can fall asleep but then I am wide awake in the middle of the night. I have been taking melatonin for more than a year and sometimes will take a benadryl to aleeo through the night. I hate it but I do not do well without sleep. After 3 nights of waking up I will take benadryl on the 4th night. Sometimes sooner if I just cannot deal

This used to be a problem for me when I was married. It was part of a general anxiety/compulsion over not having intimacy in my life. Since separating/ divorcing I am sleeping through the night.

We have not slept well for two years. My wife takes Nytol, Horlicks and fills the room with essential oils. I lie in a puddle of sweat, racked with guilt. Neither seem to restore natural sleep
