Generally good news. It seems that, at least legally, I should be able to extract my self legally.
We aren't legally married, the business and the house are in my name.
Just need to do my best to prepare emotionally.

Good news indeed unkakris, and it is great that you are in a position to make a separation much easier should things in your SM not be reconcilable for you. Also, I think its great that you have been working on you and your state of mind/well being. I'm thinking that it is inspirational, and I am hoping to start doing the same for myself as well.
